Jeff Gasner has successfully developed and expanded business operations for a cell phone repair franchise. Beyond building a record-breaking + thriving international business that now spans 21 countries across the globe, he carries a deep commitment to his community.

He leads multiple sports activities and also serves as the CEO/COO/CFO for a social equity employment and business development firm – VISE PARTNERS LLC. With his business acumen, history of forging strong ties within his community, and a clear vision for creating a thriving and sustainable future, Gasner can be counted on to provide superior executive direction – in addition to operations management, financial leadership for our new adult-use cannabis dispensary ALTIUS and a craft grower facility.

In addition to his business and practical skills, Gasner brings relevant knowledge and expertise gained from formal education and certification programs. He earned a Bachelor of Science at Information Technology and Telecommunications (“ITT”) Western Illinois in Macomb. Additionally, he completed several certification programs to prepare for his transition into the cannabis industry, including the Terpenes and Budtender Certification through THC University.

Following many years of effective leadership developing his own franchise stores and area, the parent company chose Gasner to lead their executive team as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. In this dual role, he developed strong entrepreneurship, administrative, and senior-level executive experience. Creating and managing international supply chains, he became an expert in budgeting, financial forecasting, financial control, business planning, network development, franchise law, franchise compliance, and large-scale community engagement plans.

The ideal individual for this role is people-oriented, organized, and works effectively with varying personality types. Jeannie Johnson is a strong leader with proven interpersonal and analytical skills. She has extensive experience developing organizational structures and procedures for hospitality brands that help teams adhere to and exceed quality + regulatory standards.

Maintaining and operating a high functioning adult-use dispensary and craft grow facility, requires an experienced COS that provides an effective communication framework for customers, employees, and executives.

Johnson graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Business Administration, obtaining dual degrees in Management Information Systems and Operations Management. A year prior to graduation, she accepted an Account Executive position for a large, global cell phone company. Her role quickly expanded when she was named Global Account Executive with territories spanning across three continents.

She served as a global interface for accounts in US, UK, and China and was responsible for managing all relationships with internal sector Chief Information Officers (“CIOs”) and senior management. Johnson was also the escalation point of contact for all crisis management, plus everyday business issues.

Her ability to solve problems quickly and logically enabled her to succeed as she worked directly with multiple business sectors as the regional and primary individual responsible for new business, maintaining + facilitating relationships, strategic planning, monthly operational reviews, and customer profiling.

Nick Easley and his company 3C Consulting LLC have helped hundreds of clients across 26 states and 11 countries to design, build, launch and optimize their cultivation + commercial cannabis operations. 3C uses science, research, and education as guiding principles for prioritizing ROI, community development, profitability, and shareholder value while recommending both socially and environmentally responsible practices.

Easley’s scientific background, combined with over 15 years of agricultural and biological experience, offers the cannabis industry exciting, new possibilities of productivity, profitability, and professionalism.

Over the past nine years, he’s been asked to speak and keynote multiple industry conferences. Nick holds degrees in Environmental Studies + Biology and is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Ed Farrell is the Owner and Managing Partner of Silver Star Protection Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company as well as assisting clients with the implementation of highly-effective security solutions.

Prior to Silver Star Protection Group, he was a member of the United States Marshal’s Service for 23 years before retiring as a Supervisory Inspector, where he managed Task Force operations covering three states. Farrell brings extensive knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

He’s managed numerous high-profile and complex fugitive investigations, spanning multiple jurisdictions, states, and counties. Farrell’s career highlights include protecting Supreme Court Justices, the Drug Czar, and members of the judiciary facing credible threats.

A member of the U.S. Marshals Service’s National SWAT team for eight years (known as Special Operations Group or SOG), Farrell was regularly deployed across the country to respond to national emergencies. For ten years, he managed a state-of-the-art Regional Training Center that provided more than 150 unique trainings to over 1,500 students annually. Farrell designed the training facility, curriculum, and managed a cadre of instructors. Additionally, he oversaw the design and construction of multiple government facilities including creating comprehensive safety and security plans.

Over the years, Farrell has overseen multiple regulatory + compliance audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with DOJ policies and procedures. He maintains Top-Secret SCI-clearance. Ed received his BA from Loras College in 1991.
